NO DONNIE OR DANNY EITHER. IT WAS JUST GRACE AND HER NOT SELF PROCLAIMED CZAR OF NOIR CRUSH EDDIE MULLER FROM TCM'S NOIR ALLEY. WE TALKED ABOUT ALL THINGS NOIR AND HIGH-WATERS TOO..FLIRT ALERT........
I had a great time speaking to my crush Eddie Muller from TCM'S Noir Alley. He is also the founder and president of The Film Noir Foundation. Eddie was fun, smart and hubba hubba. We talked about dames, the blacklist, cool people he interviewed, noir films, his books and Hitchcock Noir or No. He told me he is not the SELF proclaimed Czar Of Noir, someone else named him that and it stuck. He also talked about meeting Robert Osborne who was my comfort man from TCM, my comfort channel. I learned he named a character in a story WANDA...WANDA?? We even talked high-waters. I flirted like a tomato and/or dame (bad me) and Eddie was swell throughout. It really is a fun listen. I loved Eddie, see..You will too.
I want to thank Eddie for being a swell guy and coming on the show. I could have talked to him for hours. I'm still crushing on him big time..
I also want to send out big thanks to TCM and Taryn Stansbury for kindly agreeing to the Eddie interview. Its not my favorite channel for nothing..They are the BEST!!!
Most of all thanks to our listeners. We so appreciate you all. Lots of great guests coming up in the new year. Plus New Classic Movie podcast is coming in near future.

WE WELCOMED MIXOLOGIST WARREN BOBROW. HE BROUGHT IN CANNIBUS INFUSED RUM SO DONNIE AND I BEING THE BRAVE SOULS TESTED IT...WE LEARNED A LOT..FUN EPISODE
We had a very mellow evening talking to the very interesting Warren Bobrow. I don't smoke weed. It can make me very paranoid so I really have not smoked a joint since my early twenties. Alcohol has always been my drug of choice. Rumor has it that Donnie partakes every now and then. Luckily Warren infused rum with the wacky weed. Donnie and I were good sports and begrudgingly (HA!) tasted the drinks. WE had it with OJ and the cups we drank out of were about shot sizes. Warren said its basically one an hour or you would be wasted up the wazoo. Donnie and I had two shots. I have to say we were very mellow. All three of us. I got up to try to find a plug for my cheap and very groovy strobe light. It was like wow. Warren is a really interesting guy and you will really enjoy him.I'll post you to all things Warren so if you want to buy one of his six books or learn more about him you can.
He also write for forbes mag and many other places. Google him.
Thanks to Warren for being a fun and interesting guest.
Mostly thanks to our listeners..Who loves ya baby??

WE SPEAK TO THE LOVELY KATHRYN LEIGH SCOTT ABOUT DARK SHADOWS, MANIACAL SCREAMS AND MUCH MORE. ALSO HER NEW BOOK
e had lots of fun with the lovely Kathryn Leigh Scott about her thoughts on Dark Shadows. Her Maggie/Josette dynamic. We talked about the great maniacal screams, the real reason 'POP' got canned. The bloopers that were never cut out, Joan Bennett and who Kathryns best friend on Dark Shadows was. Plus lots more. There just may be a special cruise coming up. I'm in.
We also discussed her many books and her most recent book WithYou..Now without you. She describes how fate brought she and her husband together, also her husbands illness and eventual death, how lonely it can be for caregivers of their loved ones, being alone after twenty years and eventually going back to live her life. Its a great read. Kathryn writes in a way thats so relatable. Its like reading something from a dear friend. She talks about her wonderful mentor that would always say "If not now, when" I wish Kathryn was my mentor.
We want to thank Kathryn for coming on our show. We want her back on soon.. So many things we did not get to.
Mostly thanks to our listeners. You are the best. We have some amazing guests coming up. Stay tuned.

WE CELEBRATE OUR FIRST NEW PODCAST WITH A WONDERFUL GUEST MASON REESE. WE TALK CHILDHOOD STARDOM, WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE PHONE STOPS RINGING. ALSO NICE AND EVEL PEOPLE HE MET IN HIS LIFE. WE TALK ABOUT HIS TV PILOT YOU CAN SEE ON YOU TUBE..ITS GREAT, WE H
Mason Reese was a Sensation in The 1970's. He was all over the place in commercials, guest hosting The Mike Douglas show numerous times, also guesting on Howard Cossells (who knew) variety show . He made the cover of TV Guide. He was a lovable red headed moppet that America fell in love with. We talk his experiences as a child superstar, some of the people he met on his journey. He tells a particularly horrifying tale about Evel (name SO appropriate) Kneivel..Why did Mason cry when Harry Chapin played Cats IN The Cradle. Mason was an incredibly bright and sensitive child. We talk about his mom that was not credited in The Big Sleep and why. She had many big scenes with Bogie. Her name is Sonia Darrin and she is still alive and living in the big apple.
It was fun hearing Mason and Donnie, old school buds, talk about their times at school. Poor Mr OHHH!!! Now Mason runs a Boutique management firm called Mason Reese Management. One of the artists he represents sings us out. I will link her and another client, an incredibly talented twelve year old girl so you can check them out. I absolutely LOVED Masons sitcom pilot. He won TWO best actor awards, and the show and actors won a slew of independent film awards. PLEASE PICK IT UP!!! I will link his pilot to you as well. His cast are all from classic TV, Dawn Wells, Maryanne from Gilligans Island. She is a hoot as a cougar loving the young men. GRRROOOWWWWWLLL, Move over Ginger. There is my favorite Prairie Bitch (She calls herself that and was part of the title of her very good book) Alison Arngrin, who played the mean Nellie Olsen that was always terrorizing poor Half Pint until she was changed by love by Percival, Erin Murphy, that was Tabitha on Bewitched, Michael Learned from The Waltons, Robbie Rist, the jinx and the moment The Brady Bunch jumped the shark and a few others. All were great and fun and the song, (I dare you not to want to dance when you hear it) music written by Robbie Rist. He filled us in on everyone. He was delightful and honest and adorable. We could not have asked for a better guest on our Premiere episode. I could have gone on but Mr Showbiz AKA Donnie Kehr had to book. Its a great listen, pass it down. please share it and listen to our podcast. WE have some great things coming up.
We want to thank Mason Reese for coming on and being a great guest.
Also thanks so much for the listen.

Donnie also plays Dueling pianos out of Bar 59 On Ninth Ave in NYC every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. Check him out. Its a great show. I'd advise making reservations because the shows sell out pretty quickly.
Also Donnies Charity Event 'Rockers On Broadway" is on November 13th. So if you are in NYC check it out. Its a very fun night. I'll be there dancing the night away and looking for guests..
This is a podcast that was first played 2/28/2017. We are putting some of our old shows up. Hope you enjoy..
We had a great time with our favorite jokeman. Jackie told us lots of stories, dirty Jokes, Howard Stern, his "Please Don't Make a Mockery of this." tape, Sam Kinison, Artie and John twitter Feud, Artie writing the forward to Jackies book. We asked why he stopped drinking. Did he or did he not get kicked out of Friars Club with Shecky Greene? Did he bang Jessica Hahn? What did he think of Trump when he came into the studio and did he vote for him..Donnie tells his "sweet" Beth tale. My eyes rolled. WE just laughed and a very fun time was had by all. Even Curtis who strolled in at 5:47. He loves him some Sam Kinison.
Thanks to joke man for being a great guy and stopping in. To Donnie sitting in for the missing Al. To Curtis for sauntering in. To George our lovely producer, and to my pal Al for saying yes he'd meet me when jackie suggested me for his podcast partner.
Love ya al!! Thanks to you all for listening.
